Arrivals are only possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Before 4 p.m. the hotel is closed.
Reservation guarantee :
We no longer accept checks .
We require for each reservation a deposit transfer of the amount of the first night and second night (depending on the type of room), or a credit card number + expiry date + CVC.
Warranty & cancellation policy :
For individual reservations, cancellation free of charge until 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) 2 days before arrival.
For any late cancellation, the prepayment by deposit transfer (no check) will be retained. In the event of a guarantee by providing the credit card number + expiry date, the amount of one night will be charged.
The entire stay will be charged in the event of a no-show or early departure.
For groups and seminars from 5 rooms, the only guarantee is a deposit transfer of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is to be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation we debit as a deposit:
cancellation: more than 30 days before arrival we do not charge anything,
30 days before arrival 30% of the room price,
between 30 & 16 days before arrival 50% of the room price,
between 15 & 8 days before arrival 70% of the room price
less than 8 days before arrival 100% of the room price.
Damage:
Any damage will be billed as follows:
Estimated amount of replacement of damaged item(s) as well as labor at craftsman's rate necessary for the repair. If the damage results in the room not being used, the number of nights the room is out of service will be billed at the nightly rate.
Family celebrations & weddings:
Unable to satisfy all WE requests, we limit the number of reservations to 6 rooms.
The only guarantees are payment of the entire stay including breakfast upon reservation.
Keys must be collected between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. the rooms will be re-rented.
Children under 12 years old:
For families, please let us know if you would like connecting rooms.

Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Maestro.

Your reservation will be processed in a way that preserves your privacy; your personal data will be processed discreetly and securely. Respect for your privacy is a subject that we take very seriously. Personal data is used only to process your reservation. There are no additional fees to make the reservation and we do not charge your credit card. You will pay for your stay directly at the hotel. There are no other cancellation fees, provided the hotel's specific cancellation policies are respected.
Tourist tax:
Since January 1, 2024, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person over 18 years old per night has been introduced by the community of municipalities.
